Whelpful Terms of Service

Using Whelpful

You may use Whelpful to organize breeding-program information, including dogs, litters, puppies, health records, buyers, finances, registrations, and related records. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for using the service lawfully.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account. Do not share access in a way that compromises the security of your records.

Subscriptions and free trial

Whelpful may offer monthly and yearly subscription plans with a 30-day free trial. A valid payment method may be required to begin a trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected plan may automatically begin billing at the price presented during checkout.

Billing and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription pricing and billing frequency are shown before checkout. You may cancel a subscription according to the cancellation options made available through Whelpful or Stripe. Except where required by law, fees already charged are generally non-refundable.

Breeding, medical, and legal decisions

Whelpful is an organizational recordkeeping tool. It does not provide veterinary, medical, genetic, legal, tax, or financial advice. Decisions about animal health, breeding suitability, contracts, registrations, taxes, or regulatory requirements remain your responsibility and should be made with appropriate qualified professionals when needed.

Your content

You retain responsibility for content and records you submit. You grant Whelpful the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, back up, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service.

Acceptable use

You may not use Whelpful to violate law, infringe another person's rights, access accounts without authorization, interfere with the service, distribute malicious software, or attempt to bypass security or billing controls.

Service availability

We work to keep Whelpful available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may change as the product develops, particularly during beta or early-access periods.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to address nonpayment, misuse, security concerns, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Whelpful is provided without guarantees that it will meet every breeding, business, recordkeeping, or regulatory need. Whelpful is not responsible for decisions made solely from records stored in the service or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
